What we do

Working as an Early Years Content Specialist, Louise has developed content for the EducationEndowment Foundation and Early Excellence. Written content, film exemplification and online tools to disseminate research and exemplify evidence-based approaches to inform teaching, learning and professional development.

A qualified primary and early years teacher with 30 years experience of early education in primary schools, teaching in specialist provision for children with special educational needs and disability (SEND) and in school leadership.

Our Mission

Wye Early Years is a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation which supports early educators to gain knowledge, share ideas and improve their practice.

A bespoke service with opportunities to design tools, resources, write content and deliver training for improvement programmes t0 engage early educators in professional conversations and reflective practice.

Working alongside leaders, local authority or multi-academy trust teams, programmes can be tailored to meet local needs working within wider contexts.

Building links and connections with national organisations, referencing credible sources of evidence and exemplification - the focus is always on improving outcomes for children and showing the impact by measuring what really matters and presenting data that is meaningful, relevant and robust.

“Your authentic educator voice has helped us (EEF) develop the quality of our early years work. You have helped us to sustain positive working relationships and helped to build an innovative platform for future content too. Your thoughtful and proactive approach has been greatly welcomed.”
